DISPATCHES: THE LATEST WORK
Here are some of my recent pieces from around the friendly confines of the internet.
I interviewed the great Alan Flusser about his new book on Ralph Lauren. He had complete access to the Ralph archive and took a tidy twelve years to write it. Alan has a lot of insight into the obsession and genius required to build one of America’s great companies. Via: Robb Report.
The Château de Bagnols is an incredible historic property (built in 1217!) in the South of France. It’s even better with the new TGV that makes it from Paris to Bordeaux in two hours. Think about it. Via Relais Châteaux.
Drake’s is good at many things but they are particularly good with jackets. I wrote about their new Winter Stable Jacket that made me feel like I had a house in the Scottish Highlands—which is the sign of a great coat. Via Drake’s.
